“I heard that Flyte was now serving a local house-ground hamburger and in my quest to find the best hamburger in Nashville, I had to try it. I was not disappointed and it has moved to my top slot for sure. Local beef, ground in house, with havarti blue cheese, caramelized onions, watercress, all on a house made pretzel-dough bun with bourbon smoked salt; yummmy. The flavor and texture of the beef was just right (I had mine medium rare). Loved it!”
